First of all, feel free to contact our customer service if you encountered any problems.
Most of the products in our shop are non-refundable and non changeable. We will ensure all the products we sent out are in good conditions and no defects at all. We apologize for any inconvenience in advanced.
However, if you are not satisfied with your order due to huge defects in product itself, we will accept the return, exchange of items or replacement of faulty goods within 5 days after you received the items. 😃
- Returned items must not be washed, used, worn or altered
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging attached
*Specific limited designs are not refundable / returnable
We will only pay for the shipping fees when the product you received has major unacceptable defects.
Definition of defect product: Any major faulty on the item and it cannot carry out its function AT ALL
Otherwise, buyer has to pay for returning the product to us. (WIll be Deducting from the amount refunded)
For exchange of item, if buyer stated that he/she received a defective item but when we received the returned parcel, we did not notice any of the defects that mentioned, we will still send a new item for buyer, but buyer has to pay an extra fees for receiving a new parcel.
How to return:
1. Contact our customer service regarding the issue.
2. Once we acknowledged your issue, we will arrange return shipment for you. 😇
3. We will send a PDF file of returning form and consignment note for you via email.
4. Fill it up and wait for the courier service to come and pick up from you or you may drop off to nearest courier branch for your convenience.
5. Once we had received the returned parcel, credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your bank account within 8 working days. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
